With over 20 years in finance, I’ve moved from selling insurance policies or banking products to building entire lending ecosystems. Whether it’s replacing a legacy core banking system or launching a mobile credit brand from scratch – my focus is simple: making complex financial products profitable for the business and effortless for the user.

My strength lies in translation. I speak both "Developer" and "Executive". Too often, great business ideas fail because of technical execution, or great code gets written for products nobody wants. I bridge that gap. I ensure that marketing promises are technically deliverable, risk management is automated, and the sales team has tools that actually work. The Mission: Modernizing the financial backbone. For the last three years, I haven't just been "managing portfolio". I’ve been leading a massive infrastructure overhaul – replacing our legacy systems with a custom-built credit management engine.
  • Building the Core: Implementing a new information system that handles the full client lifecycle. It’s the foundation for our future scalability.
  • Internal UX: We redesigned back-office workflows to cut down manual admin work. If the system is annoying for employees, the customer eventually suffers too.
  • Compliance by Design: Instead of retrofitting rules later, we built regulatory checks directly into the system flow.

  • Exponential Growth: As a Board Member, I designed the marketing and sales strategies that scaled the business volumes multiple times over, month-on-month.
